Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was great, right by the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms, although a bit dark and lacking signage, were worth the extra cost for a view of the pool area. However, the initial room mix-up on the first night was a hassle that I could have done without.
The hotel offers a spacious, clean, and quiet stay with great amenities and a lovely swimming pool. However, the rooms are very old-fashioned with mosaic floors. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The location is ideal, close to the beach and main attractions. Dining options are fairly good with a variety of offerings. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few areas that could be improved.
My Christmas holiday at the hotel didn't quite match what I had expected, as the room, although advertised as sea view, only offered a view of a tree. The room had a strong urine smell mixed with a fragrance spray they provided. Despite being in a deluxe room, it wasn't the experience I had hoped for. However, the location was superb, close to the beach and Ao Nang main street, perfect for exploring.
Despite the spacious rooms feeling a bit 'tired', my stay was enjoyable with friendly service and an excellent location close to Ao Nang beach. The dining options were good, but could use more variety. Overall, a worth-it stay for the price paid.
The hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were actually quite nice, but not what I had hoped for during my Christmas holiday. It was disappointing as my friends had traveled all the way from the UK to spend the holidays with me. Bringing your own shampoo and soap is a must because what they provide is not good quality and in very small quantities. They charge for every little thing, even for ice. On the bright side, the location is far enough from the noisy street and Longtail boats.
